Job Description

Contracts Manager - Established Regional Main Contractor

A respected regional contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to lead a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across key public and private sector schemes.

You'll have experience of working on Commercial Build projects, across a wide range of sectors of the Construction Industry

The role offers the chance to join a stable, growing business with a strong pipeline, leading projects through to successful, profitable completion

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to completion
Ensure safe, timely and commercially successful delivery
Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
Oversee programme, procurement, resources and reporting
Work closely with commercial teams on cost, risk and contract matters
Maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships
Drive high standards across health, safety, quality and compliance
Requirements

Contracts Manager or Senior Management experience with a main contractor
Background delivering new build and refurbishment projects
Experience across Education, Healthcare, and Commercial projects
Good working knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts
Strong commercial, programming and procurement awareness
Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder skills
