As the Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of landscaping contracts, delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of multiple landscaping projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and procurement of materials and equipment.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and providing timely reports to the management team.

* Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth transition from concept to construction, providing valuable input and feedback during the design development stage.

Qualifications:
