Location: Bristol or Cardiff
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 + car allowance + package

Contracts Manager - The Company:
Our client is a very successful, well established and sought after main contractor based in Cardiff and Bristol, specialising in a variety projects across new build and large scale refurbsihemnt projects across the South West and South Wales areas, typically between £2 - £15m in bvalue.
Contracts Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team based from the Bristol or Cardiff offices but roaming across regional projects (typically 2-3 at any one time) You will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of contracts via site based Project and Site Managers and supported by the commercial team. The role will report to an Operations Director.
Contracts Manager - The Person
* You will have a solid and steady permanent career experience with main contractors
* Demonstrable experience of delivering new build projects of at least £5m as number 1
* Experience in Commercial projects
* Proven experience in managing site based teams on multiple simultaneous projects at once
* Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things
* High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
* A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors including
* A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
* Commutable within the Devon region
