Job Description
We’re hiring for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established contractor working across a variety of sites across Greater Manchester.
This is a great opportunity to lead multiple projects from start to finish, working on meaningful builds that directly benefit local communities — all while developing your skills within a supportive, close-knit team.
What’s on offer?
* £50,000 - £60,000 per year
* Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Early finish on Fridays

What will you be doing as a Contracts Manager?
* Managing projects ranging from £20K–£500K
* Leading on programme delivery, budget control, and project quality
* Overseeing operatives and subcontractors, ensuring safe working practices
* Attending client and design meetings, representing the company professionally
* Handling project documentation, from RAMS through to handover
* Resolving aftercare issues and maintaining client satisfaction
What do you need?
* Previous experience in education or healthcare sector
* A mechanical trade background
* HVAC experience
* HNC qualification (desirable)
* Time served as an apprentice (desirable)
* CSCS card (desirable)
