An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established, family-owned main contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering new build projects.
With a turnover of circa £80 million, this business delivers projects valued between £10 million - £15 million, maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. With a strong pipeline of work and plans to expand to 25 active projects this year, this is an exciting time to join a growing and ambitious company.
Reporting directly to the Construction Director, the Contracts Manager will take ownership of multiple projects across the South of England, ensuring their successful delivery from start to finish. This role requires regular travel, overseeing multiple sites and managing teams to achieve excellence in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
👉 Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive performance and maintain quality.
👉 Take responsibility for health & safety compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence across all sites.
👉 Work closely with the Construction Director to optimise project profitability and support business growth.
👉 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure continued success and repeat business.
