Decarbonisation Contracts Manager
Location: Oxford | Full-Time, Permanent

A leading national property services contractor is looking for an experienced Decarbonisation Contracts Manager to join its Oxford branch. With projects spanning social housing, healthcare, and commercial sectors, you’ll help deliver high-quality works that protect homes and the planet.
The Role:
You’ll manage decarbonisation projects from start to finish — overseeing budgets, quality, health & safety, and on-site progress. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, you’ll build strong relationships and ensure works run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver multiple projects on time and within budget
Ensure site health & safety compliance
Coordinate with Estimators and QS teams on variations
Report on progress and manage client expectations
What You’ll Need:
5+ years’ contracts management experience (min. 2 in decarbonisation)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
Valid UK driving licence and CSCS card
