My client is a leading Design and Build firm, specialising in the high end office fitout market and is looking to expand their team!
The Role:
- Drafting and revising contracts
- Ensuring all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated
- Building strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders
- Developing plans to fit the schedule of works
- Identify ways to increase efficiency and productivity
- Correspond with all stakeholders to document all activities
- Compile and deliver presentations to clients and suppliers when/if required
- Collect and collate data for forecasting and planning purposes
The candidate:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Worked as a contracts manager within the UK's Design and Build industry on Office Fitouts (CAT B / A)
- Strong construction industry knowledge
- Stable CV with past experiences (Not jumpy)
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills
