We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be the key link between the project teams, clients, and the senior leadership – driving quality, compliance, and performance across your sites.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-start to final handover
*
Ensure all projects comply with health & safety, contractual, and quality standards
*
Manage site teams and subcontractors, providing leadership and direction
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
*
Monitor project progress, report on KPIs, and manage risk and change
*
Ensure timely procurement of materials, plant, and subcontract packages
*
Support the preparation and negotiation of contracts and claims
✅ About You:
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractor
*
Strong understanding of construction contracts (JCT, NEC, etc.)
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial acumen
*
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different stages
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Construction Management or equivalent)
