FM Contracts Manager – Glasgow
Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance | Central Scotland Coverage
Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a driven and commercially aware FM Contracts Manager to lead and oversee multiple contracts across Central Scotland, with a base in Glasgow.

The Role
As FM Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for the delivery, performance, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of hard FM contracts. You will lead site-based teams, manage subcontractors, ensure contractual compliance, and drive service excellence in both planned and reactive maintenance environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of hard FM services across multiple sites (commercial, public sector, and mixed-use)
*
Manage PPM and reactive maintenance schedules to meet SLAs and KPIs
*
Lead and support on-site teams and engineers, ensuring H&S compliance and operational effectiveness
*
Act as the main client point of contact – fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
*
Monitor budgets, report on performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency
*
Support mobilisations and contract variations as needed
Essential:
*
A strong technical background and proven experience in managing FM contracts across varied sites.
*
Previous experience in an FM Contract/Operations Manager role
*
Strong understanding of hard services and statutory compliance
*
Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Central Scotland
*
FM qualifications or technical trade background (electrical or mechanical bias desirable)
