Are you a seasoned Contracts Manager with a strong track record in delivering high-value construction projects? We're seeking a driven professional to oversee two exciting schemes ranging from £5M to £15M in value, spanning sectors such as education, health care, hospitality, and commercial.

Oversee the delivery of two concurrent construction projects valued between £5M-£15M, ensuring they meet programme, budget, and quality targets.
Lead all pre- and post-contract activities, including procurement, contract negotiation, and project close-out.
Manage site teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure project expectations are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.What We're Looking for in a Contracts Managers:
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Background with Tier 1 main contractors or reputable regional Tier 2 firms (e.g., RG Carter, SDC)
Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
Ability to travel to sites within 1.5 hours of Ipswich
