TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager with Minor works or Facilities management experience based or within a commutable distance to Lincoln. This role has become available due to an increase in workload in the minor works and facilities management sectors. This contractor has been operating successfully for several years in the sector and have a great reputation.
Work streams include local authority, property management agents and alike, with projects including reactive repairs and maintenance.
