Contract Delivery Manager

Are you an experienced leader in the construction or repairs & maintenance industry? Do you thrive on delivering projects to the highest standards while building strong client relationships? If so, we want you to join our team as a Contract Delivery Manager.
The Role
As a Contract Delivery Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the overall management and successful delivery of contracts within your region. Leading a team of Contract Supervisors and operatives, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest levels of quality and safety. You’ll also act as the primary point of contact for clients, driving satisfaction, efficiency, and business growth.
What you’ll deliver

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Oversee the delivery of all repair and maintenance contracts within your region.
*
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
*
Manage budgets, monitor costs, and work closely with the commercial team to maximize profitability.
*
Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior management.
*
Identify opportunities for contract extensions, additional work, and new client relationships.
*
Support the bidding and tendering process as required.

Who we’re looking for
*
NVQ or equivalent qualification in a trade, Construction Management, Site Supervision, or related field
*
Proven experience in a supervisory role within repairs & maintenance or construction
*
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
*
SMSTS certification
*
CSCS (black/white card)
*
Proficiency in IT & project management software
*
Full UK driving licence
