Contracts Manager – Construction (New Build, Refurbishment & Fit-Out)
Salary: up to £75K
Location: Staffordshire– travel required
An expanding main contractor seeks a driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across hospitality, assisted living, and general build sectors. Projects typically range from £100k–£2m nationwide.
You’ll manage projects from tender to handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards while working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers.
Requirements:

Strong background in general build/refurb projects
*
Commercially astute with JCT/NEC contract experience
*
Proven leadership and site management skills
*
Construction qualification (HND/Degree/NVQ)
*
Willingness to travel across the UK
