The role of the Contracts Sales Manager – Fat Roofing Services will involve:
* Field sales position selling flat roof waterproofing inspection services
* Covering all aspects of design, application, training, monitoring, recording & reporting
* All of your time will be spent selling to manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
* Turnover will be determined by your experience
* There is an extensive contact list for you to go after however will be spending the majority of the time generating new business
* Will involve occasional overnight stays
The ideal applicant will be an Contracts Sales Manager – Fat Roofing Services with:
* Must have construction field sale experience ideally in selling services
* Would consider a product led sales professionals
* Ideally knowledge of roofing / waterproofing however not essential
* Ideally dealing with manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
* Technically capable and IT literate
* Driven, hungry sales person
