The Role
We are seeking a Contracts Supervisor with construction experience to join a growing roofing contractor specialising in commercial properties refurbishment in London and across the South East. Roofing experience is essential, ideally experience with roof refurbishment.
The Company
This company is a specialist commercial property roofing company operating across London and the South East. Working as the main contractor, they carry out projects from £50,000 to £2+million for a wide variety of clients such as supermarkets, local authorities, developers, NHS, MoD, universities, colleges, schools, Church of England and many more!
The role will require
* Assist with project planning
* Allocation of sub-contractors
* Induct and manage sub-contractors
* Manage direct staff on site
* Monitor day-to-day site activities
* Keeping the Contracts Manager aware of progress
* Report writing
* Ensuring projects are delivered inline with company and clients goals
* Ensuring H&S is adhered to a all times and to a high standard
* Quality assurance
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Large roofing experience, ideally commercial refurbishment
* Hands on experience
* Previous Contracts Supervisor position held
* Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
* £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
* Car or car allowance

* 25 days holidays + bank holidays
