CONTROL PANEL WIRER
A well established and thriving equipment manufacturer are looking for a Control Panel Wirer to join their Burton based team.
In return for working Monday to Friday in this workshop-based role, you will receive:
Basic salary: Up to £35k
Company bonus: Up to 10% of basic salary
Pension: Employer contribution 8%
Private healthcare: Employee and family

Job Description
The Control Panel Wirer will join an established department and be responsible for:
* Reading and interpreting electrical schematic drawings
* Wiring of DC controls, PLCs, HMIs and relays
* Installing cabling from 0.5mm to 240mm
* Using basic mechanical hand tools as necessary
* Working autonomously as well as
The successful candidate will be a well organised, self-driven individual who enjoys a busy working environment with the following personal profile:
* Background in a control panel workshop environment (essential)
* Achieved a recognised electrical qualification or equivalent experience
* Practical hands-on experience in a similar industrial role
* A good understanding of electrical/mechanical componentry
* The ability to read and understand electrical schematic diagrams
* Good communication skills
