Your new role
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimising control systems across critical manufacturing processes, including heat treatment, CNC machining, and final assembly. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, drive automation, and support the integration of new technologies. This hands-on role involves designing control systems, troubleshooting automation issues, and contributing to strategic projects such as SCADA deployment and process re-engineering.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal PLC programming.
Strong understanding of machine control systems, FMEA, and OEE improvement.
Experience with project management, technical documentation, and compliance standards (UL, IEC, ISO).
Desirable: Knowledge of LabVIEW, Mitsubishi PLCs, and control systems for vacuum, temperature, and flow.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a logical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.What you'll get in return
