Job Description
Are you an experienced Conveyancer who loves managing residential cases and delivering excellent client service? We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected Derby company looking for a confident professional to handle a varied caseload from instruction to completion.
The Role
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and property documents
* Providing clear legal advice to clients
* Liaising with agents, solicitors, lenders, and third parties
* Conducting searches and ensuring compliance
* Keeping case management records accurate and up to date
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX
* Solid residential conveyancing experience
* Able to manage a caseload independently
* Strong communicator, organised, and client focused
