£40,000 - £50,000 Negotiable DOE + training + progression + 34 days holiday + flexible hours for families
Are you a residential property conveyancer or paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity to join a long-established local and growing team law firm which has been established for over 125 years, benefiting from internal training, with clear progression potential?

The firm is committed to promoting and developing staff through ongoing development and regular appraisals.
You will play a pivotal role as part of a dynamic and expanding team of professionals in a highly autonomous role. You will be responsible for excellent client care, managing a portfolio of clients, effectively dealing with queries over the phone, and via email / letter. You will manage a varied caseload, providing accurate progress reports along the way.
The Role:
Handling a high-volume caseload of conveyancing matters.
Experience with Sales & Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity
Exposure to New Build Transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes desirable
Experience with Case Management Systems along with use of the Land Registry Portal
Complete progress reports for clients
Answer client enquiries over the phone and via email
Maintain accurate client recordsThe Person:
Ability to organise and run a busy caseload and meet deadlines
Ability and willingness to help and encourage junior members of the department
Experience working within residential conveyancing
