We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy property team. Within this role you'll help provide effective conveyancing services and ensure the process runs smoothly.
It's a great opportunity for a recently qualified law graduate as it would give you the opportunity grow and develop with the firm.
Typical duties include:
* Manage client and third-party communications.
* Prepare conveyancing documents and quotes.
* Handle preliminary matters for cases.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
* Provide administrative support, including calls and emails.
The successful candidate will have:
* A recent law graduate or previous experience working in a law firm.
* Proficiency in legal IT systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A proactive and team-oriented approach.
