What to Expect:
Assist fee-earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions
Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
Conduct searches, request redemption statements, and liaise with the Land Registry
Maintain accurate records and update case management systems to ensure seamless workflowWhat We Need:
Previous experience in a conveyancing role (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-service abilities
Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
