An established and respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their well-regarded Residential Property team in the Congleton area. Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner considered
