Service Care Solutions is working alongside a leading Legal 500 company, based in the West Midlands, which looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied and interesting caseload while enjoying a supportive team environment and strong benefits package.
Role: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – CILEX / Advanced Paralegal
Location: West Midlands – agile working
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with confidence and efficiency, including:
Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases
New Build Purchases
Transfers of Equity
Remortgages
Lease Extensions
First Registrations
Assents
Providing Land Law advice
Non-transactional conveyancing workAbout You
CILEX or Advanced Paralegal qualification
Significant experience managing your own conveyancing caseload, including complex matters
Strong client care skills with a focus on excellent serviceBenefits included with the role:
34 days’ holiday (including bank holidays + day after Boxing Day)
Pension scheme (8% for CILEX / 5% for Advanced Paralegal)

Discretionary bonus scheme
Agile/home working opportunitiesCaseload & Targets: Expected to manage 120–150 active files with an annual financial target of £130k–£150k.
