Our client are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 years experience - On offer is private health insurance, enhanced sick pay, a generous holiday allowance plus lots more.
Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Lawyer:
Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.
Qualifications and Experience for the Conveyancing Lawyer position:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters
Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technologyBenefits:
