Conveyancing Lawyer — Position Overview:
Lead, develop, and grow the conveyancing team while managing a varied caseload and playing a central role in the firm’s strategic planning. This is a leadership position with significant scope to shape the firm’s conveyancing offering and future.
Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Lawyer:
Lead and grow the conveyancing team, driving performance and best practice
Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
Play a key role in strategic planning and business development
Mentor and support junior solicitors and conveyancers
Integrate modern systems and new technology into the department
Help strengthen the firm’s profile in the local market
Requirements of the Conveyancing Lawyer:
5+ years’ PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing
Proven experience managing or supervising a team
Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to strategy
Ambitious, business-focused, and keen to bring new ideas
Client-focused with excellent communication skills
