Conveyancing Paralegal - South East London 🏡
Location: SE London
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an enthusiastic and organised paralegal with a passion for residential property law? A respected law firm in South East London is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic team and support a busy Residential Conveyancing caseload.
About the Role:
You'll play a key role in supporting Solicitors with a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Remortgages
Title checks and Land Registry applications
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Conducting searches and reviewing reports
Assisting with SDLT submissions and Land Registry filings
About You:
Minimum 6 months experience in residential conveyancing
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
LPC or equivalent legal qualification is a plus
