Description
Managing residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conducting property searches and liaising with relevant authorities.
Keeping clients updated on the progress of their transactions.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
