Conveyancing Paralegal - Office Based - Paying up to £28000
Would you like to work with a proactive, creative and friendly team.
Benefits include, pension scheme a good holiday package increasing up to 30 days plus Bank Holidays, social events and parking facilities. Hours 9am to 5.30pm.
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a new opportunity.

One of our clients is looking for someone to join their growing organisation who will enjoy a varied role.
Day to day duties include.
Managing residential conveyancing files
Issuing sale contracts - registered and unregistered
Dealing with enquiries
Drafting replies
Drafting and negotiating contract clauses
Dealing with clients, estate agents and other lawyers confidently.
Co-ordinate related sale and purchase transactions
