Job Description
Anderson Knight are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well established legal firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
*
Drafting contracts, transfer documents, and other legal correspondence
*
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
*
Conducting property searches and reviewing results
*
Keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their transactions
*
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
*
Supporting solicitors with administrative tasks and file management
Requirements:
*
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and legal documentation
*
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
*
Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
*
Legal qualification (e.g., Law degree, LPC) is advantageous but not essential
