Location: Waltham Cross, Herts 
Contract Type: Permanent 
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 (including weekends), 45 hours per week 
Shift Times: 1pm–10pm (flexibility may be required) 
Salary: £31,000 - £33,500 (depending on experience) 
 
About the Role 
A family-run business with a proud history is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the team. This is a hands-on role where leadership, organisation, and energy are key. You’ll be leading a team of 20+ warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth operations and keeping everything running like clockwork. 
 
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives 
Managing absence, probation periods, and agency staff usage 
Working closely with the Operations Manager and senior management to improve performance 
Identifying training needs and supporting staff development 
Producing reports and ensuring processes are followed 
Driving improvements and best practice across the warehouse

Strong background in warehouse operations with experience across multiple roles 
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team 
Excellent organisational and communication skills 
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement 
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
