The Role The COO will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across the organisation, overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with the CEO, the COO will be responsible for embedding robust processes, optimising efficiency, and ensuring delivery of strategic objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring close collaboration with both the executive team and the wider workforce to sustain growth and maintain the highest industry standards. The Candidate The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a COO or Operations Director within a manufacturing environment, with preference given to the medical device sector or other highly regulated industries.
