Temporary Nursery Cook - Immediate Start - £14.36/hr - Yeovil 🌟
Are you passionate about preparing nutritious meals for children and keeping a kitchen spotless? One of our lovely day care nursery clients in Yeovil is looking for a Cook to join their team on a short-term temporary basis, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
🧁 Role Overview: As the nursery cook, you'll be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking healthy meals for children in line with the nursery's menu
Ensuring the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times
Washing dishes and maintaining food safety standards
Following a full induction into kitchen practices and menu planning✅ Requirements:
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Childcare experience is desirable but not essential
A positive attitude and ability to work independently💰 Pay: £14.36 per hour (PAYE)
📅 Start Date: ASAP
📍 Location: Yeovil
