Sellick Partnership is looking for a Corporate and Commercial Locum to help one of their clients whilst they recruit.
The Role:
-Drafting shareholder agreements and articles for newly incorporated companies, to negotiating multi-million-pound corporate acquisitions, disposals, equity fundraising deals etc.
