Typical matters will include:
* Merges, acquisitions and disposals
* Due diligence and disclosure
* Shareholder agreements
The successful candidate will need:
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Have strong corporate experience 4+ PQE
* Work well with experienced professionals within a team
* Excellent academic background
Salary is dependent on experience ranging from 45-65k.
