Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join our clients team and take the lead on complex commercial claims across a number of different sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity for a claims professional with strong technical knowledge and client service skills to work with top-tier corporate clients and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex and high-value corporate claims
* Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurers throughout the claims process
* Provide expert guidance and advocacy to ensure optimal claim outcomes
* Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers on claims strategy
* Monitor claim trends, provide reports and recommendations for risk mitigation
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
Qualifications
* Previous experience in commercial insurance claims, ideally with corporate/enterprise clients
* Strong knowledge of a range of commercial lines
* Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Day-to-day
As a Corporate Claims Executive, you will manage and advocate for clients through the full claims process, acting as a trusted partner during critical moments. You’ll work closely with insurers, adjusters, and legal teams to ensure fair and timely resolution of claims across multiple commercial lines.
