Corporate Credit Risk Analyst
A well-established financial institution is seeking a skilled and driven Corporate Credit Risk Analyst to join its growing London-based risk team. Reporting to the Senior Risk Manager, you’ll play a key role in assessing credit transactions, managing portfolio risk, and ensuring high-quality analysis across the UK corporate lending book.
This role is ideal for someone confident in financial and credit analysis, who enjoys collaborating with the front office and senior stakeholders, and who can manage reporting to group-level stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse credit risk for new and existing corporate lending proposals
*
Deliver internal risk assessments and maintain up-to-date ratings
*
Monitor credit portfolio performance and produce monthly risk reports
*
Liaise with group-level teams and regulators on risk classification and exposure
*
Collaborate with front office and operations to ensure data accuracy
*
Stay informed on macroeconomic trends and adjust risk profiles accordingly
What We're Looking For:

Strong background in corporate credit risk or financial analysis
*
Knowledge of loan structures, covenants, and treasury products
*
Confident using Excel and familiar with credit risk tools or models
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Highly organised and detail-oriented
*
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
