🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls efficiently.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure setups are in place.
Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Liaise with building management and facilities teams.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
