We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and internationally respected organisation in the executive education space. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a dynamic sales and business development professional ready to play a key part in shaping leadership across industries.
As Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager, you’ll guide senior professionals and organisations toward the right learning experiences—working within a globally recognised environment known for academic excellence, innovation, and world-class leadership programmes.
The Opportunity
This is more than a sales role—it’s about building long-term, trusted relationships. You’ll act as the front-line representative for a portfolio of executive programmes, owning the sales cycle from enquiry through to enrolment. With a strong blend of consultative selling, strategic outreach, and CRM-driven pipeline management, you'll help grow both participant numbers and commercial impact.
You'll work closely with internal teams, including faculty and programme directors, and external clients to ensure programme offerings meet both personal and organisational development goals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the key point of contact for prospective programme participants and corporate clients.
Drive programme attendance through active lead generation and conversion strategies.
Represent the programme portfolio in client conversations, meetings, and presentations.
Promote executive education credentials (such as certificates of achievement) to prospective and former participants.
Partner with marketing and business development teams to support strategic campaigns.
Maintain and report on pipeline activity using the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on programme quality, client feedback, and continuous improvement.
Support client onboarding, billing, and ongoing relationship management.What We’re Looking For
Graduate-level education or equivalent experience.
Track record in consultative B2B sales, preferably in services, education, or professional development sectors.
Skilled at engaging with senior professionals and decision-makers.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
Confident working with CRM tools and managing sales data.
Commercially aware and client-focused, with a positive, proactive approach.
Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends tied to programme schedules.The Offer
