Corporate Solicitor / Associate Solicitor – M&A & Commercial
Location: Felixstowe / Chelmsford / Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Handle M&A, corporate restructuring, management buyouts, and share schemes.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor (2+ PQE ideal, all levels considered).

Experience in corporate/commercial law.

Strong problem-solving, organisational, and commercial skills.

Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
