What You'll Be Doing
You'll advise your clients on a wide range of matters, with the chance to grow your knowledge working on:
M&A structuring and due diligence
Corporate restructuring and demergers
CFC legislation and international planning
Thin capitalisation and interest restriction rules
Employee ownership trusts and share schemes
High-net-worth individual and estate planning
Business and agricultural property relief strategies
What We Want
ATT or CTA qualified with solid post-qualification experience
Proven corporate tax advisory background (Big 4, national practice, or boutique)
Strong technical knowledge across UK corporate and/or personal tax
Excellent client relationship skills
Commercial mindset
