Job Description

Your new company 
A leading professional services firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its established and growing tax team. Working with a diverse portfolio of large corporate and international clients, you will join a collaborative environment that offers exposure to complex advisory work, strong career progression and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced tax professionals.

Your new role 
You will play a key role in delivering both compliance and advisory services to large corporate groups, supporting clients with a broad range of UK and international tax matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

Advising large corporate and multinational clients on UK and international tax issues.
Managing corporate tax compliance and reporting obligations.
Reviewing tax computations, tax accounting and group reporting requirements.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
Leading complex tax projects and delivering practical solutions to technical challenges.
Supporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across multi disciplinary teams.

What you'll need to succeed 
To be successful in this role, you will hold a professional tax or accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.

You will also demonstrate:

Previous experience working with large corporate and international tax clients.
Strong UK corporate tax technical knowledge.
Experience reviewing corporate tax computations and tax accounting disclosures.
Good accounting knowledge with the ability to interpret statutory accounts.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing and developing teams.
A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and client growth.
