An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a dynamic UK business, part of a large international group. This is a standalone role ideal for a proactive tax professional who thrives in a hands-on, commercially focused environment.
You’ll take ownership of UK corporate tax matters—including compliance, advisory, and strategic input—while working closely with senior leadership and contributing to high-value projects and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage UK corporate tax compliance, including returns, group reliefs, QIPs, and R&D claims
*
Lead on transfer pricing and ensure BEPS/UK regulatory compliance
*
Advise on group restructures, M&A, and tax-efficient business structuring
*
Handle HMRC enquiries, audits, and SAO documentation
*
Align tax strategy with business goals, supporting wider commercial decisions
What We’re Looking For:
*
ACA / ACCA / CTA (or equivalent), with 4–8+ years’ experience in UK corporate tax
*
Big 4/top-tier practice background, ideally with in-house exposure
*
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax law and transfer pricing
*
Clear communicator, commercially minded, and comfortable working autonomously
*
Enthusiastic about adding value and driving change in a fast-moving organisation
