Are you a Corporate Tax Manager looking for a quicker route to Directorship and an opportunity for high growth within a growing practice?
Do you want a faster path to becoming a Tax Director, working in a firm where you can grow your skills and experience across a range of corporate tax clients, tax advisory work, and audit support?
On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding accountancy practice with a clear path to Directorship. You will be supported to develop your career, contribute to the growth of the business, and help expand the tax function across their client base. In this role, you will focus on corporate tax accounting, tax advisory, and audit-related tax work for a diverse portfolio of blue-chip companies. You will oversee engagements, manage teams, and learn directly from partners, preparing you to step into a Director position in the near future.
This role would suit a corporate tax specialist looking for a quicker route to Directorship while contributing to the development of the tax department.
The Role:
* Corporate tax accounting, audit, and advisory
* Manage, train, and mentor junior staff
* Contribute to the growth of the department, improvements in processes, and wider business development
* Flexible Hours (37.5 hour week)
The Person:
* CTA qualified
* Experienced in corporate tax, with a desire to progress to Director
* Strong leadership, client management, and commercial awareness
