Main Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers at the trade counter, providing knowledgeable product advice and ensuring a positive experience
Accurately process sales orders, quotations, and payments in a timely manner
Share your product expertise to guide customers toward the best solutions or suitable alternatives
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting trade counter area
Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment
Support general branch operations as needed, contributing to a dynamic work environmentCandidate Profile:
Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or trade counter roles, with timber or building supplies experience considered advantageous
Confident and approachable communicator, with a strong customer focus
Highly organised and reliable, with excellent attention to detail, particularly in busy periods
Proactive and willing to take initiative to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency
Comfortable using basic IT systems for order processing and stock managementWhat We Offer:
