FLT Counterbalance Driver
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client’s warehouse team on an ongoing temporary basis, with the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
This role requires flexibility and a proactive attitude, as you will be expected to support with general warehouse duties including picking and packing, alongside your forklift responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
Load and unload goods in and out of vehicles
Move stock around the warehouse to support daily operations
Assist with picking and packing of orders as required
Carry out regular stock checks and general housekeeping duties
Follow all health & safety procedures and site rules
Requirements:
✅ Must hold a valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
✅ Previous experience in a warehouse environment
✅ Willingness to undertake manual picking and packing tasks
✅ Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
