Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotational Shifts:

6:00am – 2:30pm
*
2:30pm – 10:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (increasing to £14.50 per hour upon permanent employment)
About the Role:
Industrious is resourcing for skilled Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing full-time work with the potential to progress into a permanent position and enjoy a higher pay rate.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance Forklift
*
Loading and unloading vehicles
*
Moving, stacking, and storing goods within the warehouse
*
Supporting stock rotation and general warehouse duties
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
Requirements:
*
Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
*
Previous experience operating a CB forklift in a warehouse environment
*
Flexibility to work rotational shifts
*
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices
Benefits:

Salary increase to £14.50 per hour once permanent
