Job Title: General Operative (Loading & Unloading) – With an in date counterbalance licence
Location: Swindon, SN3
Hours: (Apply online only) following week rotate to (Apply online only) any 4 days out of 7 days can change weekly depending on company needs but you will be paid a higher rate for the Saturdays and Sundays
Pay Rate: £12.86 - £15.00
Job Type: Ongoing, Long-Term (Agency Role)
Job Description:
We are looking for hard-working Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy warehouse team, handling loading and unloading duties. This role involves heavy lifting and is ideal for those with experience in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading goods safely
Heavy lifting and manual handling
Ensuring the workspace is clean and safe
Working efficiently to meet deadlines
Experience/Requirements:
Counterbalance Licence - in date
Previous experience in a physically demanding warehouse role
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working part-time evening shifts
Training & Qualifications
✔ Onsite Training supplied during 1st day
✔ No Qualifications required
