Counterbalance & Reach FLT Driver

Location: Shefford

Salary: £12.78 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Job Type: Temp Ongoing, Full time

Are you ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role in a thriving warehouse environment? Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for skilled Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Shefford.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively to pick and dispatch orders to customers to a high-quality standard.
Check incoming components for quantity and integrity, storing them in the correct locations.
Support operations across multiple sites, including Bedford and other offsite storage locations.
Perform a variety of warehouse tasks both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions (suitable clothing and PPE provided).
Ensure all activities comply with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
Operate safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Take on additional duties and provide support to your team as needed.
Requirements:

A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck and Reach Truck license (essential).
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Physical fitness with strong manual handling skills.
A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Basic IT and communication skills, with good attention to detail and numeracy.
Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
Flexibility to work overtime when required and to support operations at multiple locations.
A full valid driving license.
