Warehouse Operative – Reach & Counterbalance FLT (In-Date Licence Required)
Daventry (NN11)
Monday – Friday | 10:00 – 18:30
£13.38 per hour

Join a Busy and Dynamic Warehouse Team!
We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced and supportive team in Daventry. If you’re organised, safety-conscious, and hold valid Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Licences, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations — picking, packing, stock control, and supporting production — all while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and issue parts to works orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare picked kits for production and move them to designated areas.
Operate Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely in line with Health & Safety policies.
Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock counts.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies to management.
Ensure smooth material flow and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Flexibility to work on and off the truck as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook, MRP systems desirable).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure
