Country Manager – Sales (Home Automation / Building Automation)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager – Sales to lead and expand our UK operations. Based out of our Theale offices, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales across the UK market, representing a cutting-edge portfolio of smart home and building automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the UK sales strategy for home automation, lighting control, climate control, and building management systems (BMS)
*
Drive revenue growth through direct sales, key account management, and channel development
*
Build and lead a high-performing sales team to meet aggressive growth targets
*
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
*
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
*
Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the UK
About You:

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the building automation, smart home, or BMS industry
*
Strong network within the UK construction, M&E, systems integration, or smart building space
*
Commercially driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
*
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
*
Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
